Tanya Davis is a licensed evangelist, educator, and visionary strategist committed to equipping individuals, families, and communities to thrive spiritually, academically, and professionally. She is the founder of both Tanya Davis Ministries and TD Consulting, two arms of a unified mission: to serve the whole person through inspired teaching, mentorship, leadership training, and empowerment.
As a faith-based leader, Tanya is the founder of the Women’s EmpowHERment Movement, dedicated to mentoring and modeling what it means to live a fulfilled life in Christ. She encourages women to walk in purpose and poise, rooted in biblical values and positioned to lead. Her calling is to minister the Word of God while also providing practical support for women in ministry and business.
Originally launched as Tanya Davis Ministries, her platform has now expanded to include TD Consulting, which offers educational consulting, youth programming, professional development, and leadership coaching to schools, churches, and organizations across both sacred and secular spaces.
Tanya Davis is a native of Baltimore, Maryland, and a proud graduate of Western High School, where she served as class Vice President and organized the gospel choir. Her spiritual foundation was nurtured at Faith Baptist Church under Dr. Walter Ellis Paige, where she served faithfully for many years in youth and women’s ministries. She has ministered across the DMV, led regional ministry teams, and serves alongside her husband, Elder George Davis, Jr., Pastor of The Well Church Maryland. Together, they are raising four children in faith and love.
The Educator & Community Advocate
Professionally, Tanya Davis is an award-winning educator, Teacher of the Year 2022, and the CEO of Well Community Services, a nonprofit organization providing educational equity, mental wellness resources, tutoring, and family engagement services to over 25 families weekly.
She has served in several high-performing school systems as a teacher, administrator, department chair, and mentor. Her work includes launching girls’ etiquette and mentoring programs, chairing district math events, and contributing to major school facility transitions.
A recognized civic leader, Tanya was selected for the Leadership Baltimore County Class of 2024 and serves as Third Vice President and Education Lead for the Eastern Howard County Section of NCNW, reflecting her ongoing commitment to advocacy, policy, and community transformation.
